Brimonidine–Timolol Ophthalmic Solution 0.2% / 0.5% is a combination prescription eye drop indicated for the reduction of elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. This sterile ophthalmic solution combines an alpha-2 adrenergic agonist (brimonidine) with a non-selective beta-adrenergic blocker (timolol) to provide dual-mechanism IOP control. Supplied in a 5 mL multidose bottle for ophthalmic use.
